Bring extra floor padding for comfort. Sessions are hosted by either Everitt Allen of Sound Therapy of the Pacific Northwest, Kristi Moseley of Mystic Heart, or Ruby Koa of Inspire Studio. Pre-registration is required for all sessions. Intro to Scottish Country Dancing Workshops New in 2024! Scottish Country Dancing is the social dancing of Scotland without any of the competitive aspects of Highland dancing. It has a long interesting history and is one of the root influences for US folk dancing. Everyone is welcome to come learn the basics at these free work- shops and enjoy the lively and traditional music of Scotland. No need for a partner or special shoes (dance slippers are recommended though). Come to one or all!
