At the end of the class, everyone will leave with 3 handmade gifts. Youth Cooking Competitions Ever wanted to try a cooking competition? Think you have the best flavors to beat your competitors? These 2-hour competitions will help you hone your kitchen skills. Register for one or all three. DAY/DATE: Thursday, Dec. 19 LOCATION: Cordata Park Pavilion The Salsa Challenge Make the best salsa in the room… including only the ingredients that you earn! Compete in trivia challenges and games to earn ingredients. We'll learn about flavor profiles, knife safety skills, chopping techniques, and leave with a cup of our own salsa.
