How to Sign Up for a Bellingham
Parks & Recreation Activity
You will need an ActiveNet
account to register for programs
with the City of Bellingham.
Scan this QR code or visit
cob.org/ezreg to get started.
1. Enter your email address.
This email address will be what you use
to log into ActiveNet.
2. Fill out the form.
Then, click, "Next".
3. Fill out the personal information form.
Then, click, "Next".
4. Verify your account.
Check for an email from ActiveNet.
Click the link in the email to verify your account.
5. Register for programs.
You're all set! Now you can register for programs
on our ActiveNet site.

The City conforms to Title II of the Americans with

participate in City programs, services or activities

program locations. Refer to the following icons:
Conditions include snow and/or ice.
Mostly flat, simple maneuverability.
Program includes water activity, uneven entry points.
Some uneven surfaces, may need some assistance.
Uneven or steep terrain, not easily accessible.
Note on Bloedel Donovan Park
Bloedel Donovan Park is under construction.
We anticipate returning to the Pavilion and
Community Building in the late Fall once all
necessary upgrades are complete.
For now, most programs have been moved to
other locations. We will update registered
participants and community members of any
changes in programs, locations, and logistics
as they become available. Thank you for your
