FALL PLAYBOOK 2024 | BELLINGHAM PARKS & RECREATION Family/Community Events 12 DAY/DATE: Sunday, Sept. 15 TIME: 9:00 am-6:00 pm AGES: 8 years & older (under 18 accompanied by adult) COST: $90 Seattle Mariners vs. Texas Rangers The Mariners are in the hunt for the Western AL title and take on division rival the Texas Rangers. We'll arrive early and take in all the pre-game action, explore the park and settle in pre-game. Registration also includes a small snack, fun trivia and prizes along the way. Seats are Lower View Reserved, between home plate and 1st base. Sign up today before they're outta here! Historic Snoqualmie Today we head to the historic towns of Snoqualmie and North Bend. We'll visit the Snoqualmie Valley Historical Museum, explore quaint old town Snoqualmie, enjoy a no-host lunch and then cap off our day at the amazing Snoqualmie Falls. Bring your camera… it's spectacular! LOCATION: Depart/return Civic Stadium; park near the west ticket booth COORDINATOR: Lauren Woodmansee MIN: 8 / MAX: 10 Join us on unique adventures each month! Fees include transportation, admissions and guide. Participants should bring money for food and purchases unless otherwise noted. Wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothing and walking shoes. Transportation will be provided in a 12-passenger van. Pre-registration is required. TRIPS Get Inspired ~ Get Connected ~ Get Active Seattle Asian Art Museum and Seattle Japanese Garden Located in lush Volunteer Park, this newly renovated and enhanced historic Art Deco building is home to the largest collection of Asian art in the PNW. We'll explore the amazing collections and exhibits before enjoying a no-host lunch nearby. Then we'll finish our day with a docent-led tour at the breath-takingly beautiful Seattle Japanese Garden. Our first stop is Chihuly Garden & Glass where the galleries, glasshouse and gardens will leave you in awe! We'll enjoy a no-host lunch and explore the Seattle Center, then head over to the Gates Center to learn all about the game-changing work being done around the world and right here at home by the Foundation and its partners.
