GangBall
An adaptive game that involves
two teams, the object is to pass the
"GangBall" to your teammates while
advancing it to your endzone to score points. Open to all
abilities – all bodies welcome! Sports chairs provided!
Bowling with Buddies
Sign up to bowl with us! Bellingham Parks & Recreation
and the Max Higbee Center will host an afternoon of
bowling for individuals with disabilities. Everyone 11 and
older is invited to bowl! You bring socks, we will provide
the shoes! Bring money for concessions!

Dance with us every third Monday of the month!
Bellingham Parks & Recreation and the Max
Higbee Center will host SPIN Dances for
individuals with disabilities.

Sensory Friendly Sundays
Families! Join us for sensory-friendly crafts and games.
Pay for a pass and drop-in! Check out our sensory
gloves, noise reduction headphones, weighted
blankets, and toys. A Quiet Corner and different
Sensory Stations at each session for kiddos to explore
movement, touch, smell, and more in a safe and
understanding space! For more, check out the
