TRIPS
FESTIVAL OF FAMILY FARMS
Several Skagit Valley Farms are opening their
gates for farm tours. Enjoy an informative day in
the country learning about how local farmers help
produce the food
we eat and the
clothing we
wear. Learn
how berries,
pumpkins, apples
and flowers are
grown. We may
see how alpaca
fiber, beef
products are produced, and how shellfish are
harvested. Pack a sack lunch for a picnic, dress for
the weather and wear shoes that you can get
mucky. Personal care assistants are welcome at no
cost, but MUST register to ensure a seat in the van.
This program is not eligible for a refund. Minimum
