Please review the Woodstock Farm Special Use Facilities webpage to find out additional information about securing your date now for your special event. Shelter Reservations Helpful information regarding reserving shelters for events: • We are now accepting reservations for shelters year-round. If you are planning on hosting an outdoor event at one of our parks this winter, you can reserve the shelter to ensure exclusive use for your group. *Please note: some shelters will not have water service during winter months. • Shelters generally fill up with reservations three to four months in advance of event dates. Please plan early for your special events. Tips for Successful Facility Reservations Create an Activenet account. • You can log into the system to view availability and reserve facilities and make payments online. • If you'd like our assistance, please call (360) 778-7000. Having your Activenet account previously built will save time during our reservation permitting process. Ensure you are adding your set up and breakdown time in your reservation. • If you need to add additional time for setup or breakdown, you will be charged an administrative fee to make a change. We may not be able to accommodate your request due to other events booked adjacent to your reservation.
