Padden Triathlon is a great multi-sport experience. For

Spring Co-Ed Slow Pitch League
Co-Ed slow pitch softball will be offered on Thursdays,
Fridays & Sundays this spring! Leagues will be limited to
18 teams on Thursdays, 7 teams on Fridays and 24 teams
on Sundays. Registration will be open December 17-April
10 (or until filled) and taken on a first paid basis. Required
coaches/captains meeting will take place on Wednesday,
April 15 prior to the beginning of the season. At the meet-
ing teams will have a chance to reserve practice times
prior to the start of league play.

Muay Thai Kickboxing Workshops
Learn the sport of Muay Thai Kickboxing in this workshop
with two former professional MMA and Muay Thai
fighters. Learn basic footwork, punching, kicking, and
pad holding techniques. In the second half of the day,
you'll get a taste of a full Muay Thai class. No need to buy
any gear—everything will be provided! Bring a water
bottle and wear athletic clothes you can move freely in.
