MELT
The MELT Method® is an
innovative self-treatment
program that is taught
in some of the most
prestigious health, yoga
and fitness centers
worldwide. You will learn
how the connective tissue
in your hands and feet get
dehydrated and the
common aches and pains
it can cause. You'll learn how to rehydrate this essential
system for vibrant health and pain-free movement and
treatments that you'll be able to repeat at home too.
Instructor Caryn Boyd Diel has been teaching this
program throughout the US for 10 years.
