Course covers: • First Aid basics • CPR techniques • AED operation Receive a digital certificate valid for 2 years! Prerequisites: 15 years or older Cost: $125 Dates: Sunday, March 22 Time: 9:00 am–1:00 pm Red Cross Lifeguard Training Course Learn how to save lives and stay safe around water! This course includes: • Water rescue techniques • CPR and First Aid • AED use • Emergency response planning • Surveillance and safety skills Training includes classroom lessons + hands-on practice. Earn a nationally recognized certification — valid for two years! Prerequisites: 15 years or older and complete a swimming pretest at Arne Hanna. Cost: $250 Dates: Saturdays, February 28, March 7, 14 Time: 8:00 am–5:30 pm ADAPTED AQUATICS – VOLUNTEERS NEEDED What is Adapted Aquatics? Our Adapted Aquatics program is for individuals, three years and older, with special needs. Partici- pants get in the water and work one-on-one with a volunteer to improve swimming skills and flexibility, while exercising, socializing, and having fun!
