You will learn how the connective tissue in your hands and feet get dehydrated and the common aches and pains it can cause. You'll learn how to rehydrate this essential system for vibrant health and pain-free movement and treatments that you'll be able to repeat at home too. Instructor Caryn Boyd Diel has been teaching this program throughout the US for 10 years. Pet Portrait Party Bring a photo of a fur baby and spend 45-minutes creating a pet portrait of them. Then everyone votes and prizes go to the portraits that look most alike. We will provide the mediums… you can expect surprises! Registration fees include transportation, admissions and guide. Participants should bring money for food and purchases unless otherwise noted and wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothing and shoes. Transportation will be provided in a 12-passenger van. Please note: a valid passport, enhanced driver's license or NEXUS card is required on all trips crossing the border into Canada. Pre-registration is required. TRIPS Get Inspired ~ Get Connected ~ Get Active Seattle Central Library and Elliot Bay Bookstore Winter is the perfect time to cozy up with a good book and cup of tea. Today we will tour Seattle's iconic downtown library and learn about its unique architecture, history and vast collections. After the tour we will break for a no-host lunch before venturing off to a one-of-a-kind bookstore and tea shop.
