The Raider Holiday Camp is a great chance for boys and girls, grades 3–8, to work on their skills over the holiday break. The 3-hour session will focus on skill development through the use of proper fundamentals and game situations. Individual instruction will include passing, shooting, ball handling, post play, defense, and rebounding. BIKE FUNDAMENTALS New to mountain biking or just want to refresh your skills with some practice on the basics to gain more confidence. We will cover all the important skills for basic trail riding in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Skills to cover include: basic bike set up, basic body positions for climbing and descending trails, controlled braking (front & rear), smooth shifting techniques, riding rough terrain and safe dismounts.
