Bellingham Public Library will celebrate National Library Week with a ribbon cutting and public grand opening of its new Bellis Fair Branch on Wednesday, April 26 at 2:00 pm. The branch will be located in Bellis Fair Mall, suite 616. Two returns bins for Library materials will also be located at the Bellis Fair Branch. An indoor returns bin will be accessible during the Mall's regular hours. An outdoor returns bin will be accessible 24 hours/day. 39
