Today we will head south and make several stops throughout the day for all things delicious and gourmet. Stops include Uwajimaya and the International District, Pacific Food Importers, Theo's Chocolates, Larsen's Scandinavian Bakery and so much more! Bring your recipes and your grocery lists! Heronswood Garden and Quaint Kingston Founded in 1987, Heronswood Garden features 15 acres of plants from around the world including over 8,000 different varieties spread across 6 distinct yet integrated gardens. After visiting the garden we'll head to Kingston and explore the shops before catching the ferry back home. Pack a sack lunch/snacks and beverage. Anacortes Arts Festival and Deception Pass The Anacortes Arts Festival has grown into one of the largest and most respected festivals in the NW. Artisan booths, music, Arts at the Port, food, working studios, youth areas...there's something for everyone! On the way home we'll make a quick stop at Deception Pass and embrace the views. Registration fees include transportation, admissions and guide. Participants should bring money for food and purchases unless otherwise noted and wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothing and shoes. Transportation will be provided in a 12-passenger van. Pre-registration is required. Tiptoe Through the Tulips and Lovely LaConner Travel with us to the beautiful Skagit Valley! Today's itin- erary includes a visit to the world famous Roozengaarde Display Gardens, lunch and shopping in LaConner, a local step-on guide joining us and highlighting the valley's rich and remarkable farming history, and Little Mountain Park with views of the spectacular patchwork of colors below. Silent Movie Monday at the Paramount Theater Lights, camera, action! Join us as we head to Seattle's historic Paramount Theater. After enjoying a no-host dinner we'll head to the theater to watch the hilarious Exit Smiling (1926) starring Beatrice Lillie and Jack Pickford accompanied by a live musical score on the Mighty Wurlitzer!
