Photo by Michele Sinclair Introduction to Belly Dance Have you ever wanted to try belly dance? Join this beginner workshop to learn belly dance! This class will teach posture, basic belly dance movements, and exciting shimmies! Along with the moves, instructor Rachel will share some of the history, culture, and music of belly dance. No dance experience needed to have a wonderful time in this class! Class is open to all. DAY/DATE: Saturday, Oct. 1 TIME: 12:00–1:30 pm AGES: All ages LOCATION: Bloedel Donovan Community Building COST: $35 COORDINATOR: Rosa Caldwell / Rachel Carter MIN: 10 / MAX: 20 Intergenerational Cooking Cooking with everyone! Join Annalee Dunn of the Tiny Onion Cooking School to cook with your little one and meet a community member from The Willows Retirement Residence! Each session offers a different menu that provides gluten free, dairy free, and nut free options.
