Thank you to our 71 volunteers who came out last Saturday to our Community Work Party at the Bay to Baker Trail near Sunset Pond in partnership with NSEA! Together, we planted 131 native trees and shrubs, removed invasive plants, and spread more than 40 cubic yards of mulch, all to help improve salmon habitat along the newly re-routed Squalicum Creek. #healthyparks, #NSEA, #volunteersmakeithappen, #salmonrecovery, #parkscriptions, #springisalmosthere
