SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT SCHEDULING Anyone interested in running a softball tournament in Bellingham must schedule the fields through our office. Anyone interested in conducting an ASA sanctioned tournament anywhere in Whatcom County should also schedule the tournament through our office. For further information call Greg Hatch at 778-7000 or ghatch@cob.org. SPRING BREAK TRACK CAMP Join Coaches Tim Carlson, Kevin Ryan, and staff in this four day Spring Break Track & Field Camp. The first three days will focus on 4 different disciplines per day, with a meet scheduled on the fourth day. Athletes will be spilt into small, rotational groups for maximum coaching attention. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to improve your Track & Field skills (or experience the sport for the first time and get ready for the upcoming season. Tentative camps include the following sports: BASEBALL • BASKETBALL • CROSS COUNTRY TRACK • FOOTBALL • SOCCER • VOLLEYBALL SOFTBALL • GYMNASTICS • TENNIS WEIGHTLIFTING, SPEED & CONDITIONING GENTLE YOGA This program is intended for individuals who have health issues such as MS, arthritis or fibromyalgia. Yoga is a safe and gentle form of exercise which develops strength and flexibility, balance and coordination. This class will focus on exercises that can be done from a standing, lying, or sitting position. Activities will also include breathing and relaxation techniques. If you are new to the class please complete a Yoga Information Sheet at registration and return to our office prior to the first class. Register no later than one week prior to first class.
