Confirming Your Reserva on
Complete, sign and return an applica on to the Parks and Recrea on Office at 3424
Meridian Street, Bellingham WA 98225 or fax to 360-778-7001.
Once your applica on has been approved, you will be asked to pay the damage deposit
using credit or debit card, check, money order, or cash.
Upon receipt of the above, the City will send a confirma on le er that summarizes the
rental requirements and serves as proof of reserva on. Your reserva on is not transferable.
PLEASE NOTE: The damage deposit in no way limits the liability of the user for damage to
the premises and may be used by the City to offset damages. If damage is done to the
facility in excess of the deposit amount, the user must pay the excess within 15 calendar
days of receipt of the invoice or contact our office to make payment arrangements. The
minimum refundable damage deposit may be increased at the City's discre on depending
upon the ac vity booked.

your deposit.
Submi al Deadlines
All required documents and the full rental fee are due no later than 20 days prior to the
event. If you fail to meet submi al deadlines, we may have to cancel your reserva on.
Insurance
For all events, the City requires a Cer ficate of Insurance providing $1 million coverage per
occurrence and with the contrac ng party listed as the insured. The insurance must name
the City of Bellingham as an addi onal insured, be primary and noncontributory with any
other insurance for which the City is a named insured, and include endorsement forms
showing this coverage. If alcohol is to be consumed at the event, alcohol service/provision
must be specifically stated on the policy. The Cer ficate of Insurance and endorsements
must be submi ed at least 20 days prior to the event date.
