Depot Market Square Rental Applica on
Copies of the DMS Rental Applica on can be downloaded from our web site. Go
to www.cob.org, click on the "Services" tab and then select "Facility Rentals"
from the "Recrea on" category. Forms can also be picked up from our office at
3424 Meridian Street, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or by
calling or emailing the Parks office.
Caterer and Food Service Form
Applicants who intend to use the services of a caterer must submit a Caterer and
Food Service Form completed by their caterer. The form will be included with
your confirma on le er if you have indicated a caterer will be used. Copies of
the form can also be obtained by calling or emailing the Parks office.
Caterers may be required to submit copies of applicable permits, insurance
cer ficates, business license, etc. as a means of establishing that the caterer is
qualified to provide the services tendered. Caterers who provide frequent
services to renters of the facility may submit this informa on annually to be kept
on file. Comple on and submi al of the Caterer and Food Service Form does not
transfer liability for the event to the caterer; however, the caterer must indemnify
the city against any claims resul ng from the services they provide.
The City reserves the right to refuse reserva ons for groups planning to use
caterers that have previously and/or repeatedly violated the policies governing
use of the facility.
