Motor Vehicles
Overhead shed clearance is very low. Users should carefully observe posted
height limit of 7'6" for all structures. Parking spaces under sheds are narrow and
care should be taken to avoid the support columns, drain spouts, water spigots
and power boxes. Motor vehicles may be operated only on paved roadways and
lots in designated areas.
To avoid being cited, do not park vehicles on any por on of the sidewalks or in
areas marked for pedestrian or bicycle use. The speed limit for all vehicles is 5
MPH. Damage caused by motor vehicles will be charged to the user.
Users may not block or reserve any addi onal parking spaces within the facility or
within the public right-of-way for their use. Addi onal fees will be assessed for
unauthorized closure of courtyard parking spaces.
Subsequent Reserva ons
It is the responsibility of the user to read the above policies and procedures and
to ensure that their guests adhere to the policies described. Failure to adhere to
the provisions contained may result in denial of future applica ons for use.
