Use Standards The following standards apply to everyone visi ng or using the facility for your event: Conduct – All persons shall conduct themselves in a civil manner consistent with community standards. Individuals being disrup ve or causing damage may be asked to leave and may be denied subsequent use of the facility. Smoking – Smoking is prohibited inside and within 25 feet of all City facili es. Kitchen, Food, Catering, Tableware Building rental includes use of a prep kitchen with a standard-sized refrigerator, microwave and sinks. It does not contain a stove or oven, or dishwasher. The City does not provide tables, chairs, linens, china/dishware, flatware or other table service se ngs. Users who plan to use the services of a caterer must have their caterer complete a Catering and Food Service form and, upon request, provide documenta on verifying that their caterer has appropriate liquor/banquet permits, required licenses, and proof of insurance. The scope and cost of services provided to the user by their caterer is solely between the user and the caterer; the City is not responsible for fulfilling any part of the catering agreement. Users are responsible for ensuring that their caterer follows all guidelines provided and shall be held fully responsible for all caterer ac ons. The City reserves the right to refuse reserva ons for groups planning to use caterers that have previously and/or repeatedly violated the policies governing use of the facility. Open flame devices, fog machines, candles, lanterns, heat-producing equipment or other smoke emi ng materials are not permi ed without wri en authoriza on by the City. Any table coverings, bun ng, etc. used must be flame retardant. Gli er, confe , uncooked rice and birdseed are not allowed. Following the event, users are responsible for all food removal, clean up, and return of facility to its original condi on. 11
