Safety and Security Users must provide their own supervision and security for all events. Persons using the facility do so at their own risk and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the City as to any claims arising out of such use. Users shall be responsible for the security of all personal items while using the facility. The City is not responsible for damage, loss or the of personal items and does not provide security for users of the facility. Depending upon the ac vity or use, the City may require the user to provide security personnel. Costs incurred shall be the responsibility of the user. Firearms and Fireworks The possession of firearms is prohibited in or upon any City facility except for authorized law enforcement personnel. Whether permi ed by law or not, the possession or discharge of any common fireworks, firecrackers, salutes, chasers, sky rockets and missile type rockets are prohibited without explicit wri en permission from the City. Signs Users are prohibited from placing or erec ng any advance signs, signboards, adver sing, decora on or similar structures on the facility without wri en explicit permission of the City. At the close of the event, all such materials shall be removed from the site including tape, twine, bricks, posts or any other materials used to secure signs, whether on the site or on signposts surrounding the facility. Pets and Animals With the excep on of cer fied assistance animals, animals are not permi ed in any por on of the facility without explicit wri en permission of the City. Animals may not be le una ended in parked cars at any me. All authorized pets and animals must be under control by means of a leash, restraint, suitable carrier or enclosure. Owners and handlers are responsible for cleaning and removing all animal waste from the facility and must have necessary equipment on hand for sanitary removal. 14
