It's a relaxing way to reduce stress, strengthen the immune system, develop flexibility, promote restful sleep, relieve anxiety, and so much more. Instructor Caryn Boyd Diel has been teaching internationally for over 30 years. She will use her expertise to guide you through simple warmups, powerful Qigong forms, and a brief sitting meditation. No experience necessary and comfortable clothes are recommended. Pre-registration required. DAY/DATES: Tuesdays / September 15-October 27 TIME: 6:30–7:30 pm AGES: 16 years and older (under 18 with an adult) LOCATION: Bloedel Donovan Park Pavilion COST: $105 (7 weeks) COORDINATORS: Jim Pettinger / Caryn Boyd Diel MIN: 10 / MAX: 20 per session Puzzle Hustle: No Peeking Our classic puzzle hustle, but with a twist! Teams of up to four people will have 90 minutes to complete the same 500-piece jigsaw puzzle with the three fastest teams winning prizes! But, it all must be done without peeking at the image! Pre-registration is required. Puzzle Hustle Join us for a night of fun where teams of up to four people will have 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete the same jigsaw puzzle — the three fastest teams win prizes!
