Enter your email address. This email address will be what you use to login to ActiveNet. 2. Fill out the form. Then, click, "Next". 3. Fill out the personal information form. Then, click, "Next". 4. Verify your account. Check for an email from ActiveNet. Click the link in the email to verify your account. 5. Register for programs. You're all set! How to Sign Up for a Bellingham Parks & Recreation Activity Important Updates and Information Bellingham Parks & Recreation has moved! Our new office is located at 2221 Pacific Street. Our phone number and email address remain the same. Refunds To be eligible for a Recreation Program refund, minus the $20 administrative fee, participants must notify the Parks Department office at least five (business) days prior to the beginning of the program, including programs that include a series of dates. Refund requests must be received in writing (email preferred). To be eligible for an Aquatic Center Program refund, minus the $5 administrative fee, participants must notify the Aquatic Center office at least 3 days prior to beginning of the program. Taxes Due to recent Washington State legislative actions, certain Parks & Recreation programs are now subject to an additional retail sales tax. Beginning April 1, 2026, the retail sales tax will be added to certain recreation activities that meet the retail sales tax requirements.
