Reserve Your Space Now Bellingham Parks & Recreation offers several locations throughout the city for you to host celebrations, community and work-related meetings, or various athletic events. • Outdoor facilities include picnic shelters at Whatcom Falls, Cornwall Memorial, Squalicum Creek, Fairhaven, Cordata and Lake Padden Park as well as the Elizabeth Park Gazebo and other special use locations. • Indoor Pavilions are available for rent in Cordata, Bloedel Donovan, and Fairhaven Park. The Bloedel Donovan Community Building and other special use indoor facilities are also reservable throughout the year. • Athletic Fields and sports facilities available to rent include softball and baseball fields, Civic Stadium, and tournament space for sand volleyball, basketball, pickleball, tennis and horseshoes. • Picnic shelters and indoor pavilions can generally be reserved online by visiting our Park Facility Rentals website. Depending on your event (e.g. open to the public, runs and races, request to use trails or other event space), as well as special use facilities (e.g. Woodstock Farm), it may require a separate application process. Special Request Applications must be submitted at least 30 days in advance (60 days recommended).
