Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga
Fall in love with yoga while on a Stand-Up Paddleboard
in a beautiful and natural floating classroom! Experience
the challenge of balancing on the moving water while
strengthening your core and leg muscles. After a brief
intro to your yoga-specific paddle board, you will
experience a dynamic and invigorating class using
many basic yoga poses.

Co-ed Wednesday Night Kickball
We love kickball yes, we do! Come out and enjoy one
of the most universally beloved sports there is! Each
team consists of 10-16 players. Season includes 3 regular
season games and championship series on final evening!

Workshop
Learn the sport of Muay Thai
Kickboxing in this one-day
workshop. Learn basic
footwork, punching, kicking,
and pad holding techniques.
In the second half of the
day, you'll get a taste of a
full Muay Thai class. No need to buy any gear—
everything will be provided! Bring a water bottle and
wear athletic clothes you can move freely in.
