Youth/ Teen SPRING/SUMMER PLAYBOOK 2026 | BELLINGHAM PARKS & RECREATION 10 Camp Cordata Camp Cordata campers will get to enjoy all of the things we love about our day camps at our community's newest park pavilion! We will play games, hike, make crafts, and three out of the four weeks of camp we will take a field trip on Friday to Bloedel Donovan to swim! See Camp Things to Remember on page 9. Week 1: Cooking Up A Storm June 22-26 We'll be cooking up a storm all week at camp. Expect cooking challenges and eating competitions too! Week 2: Mad Scientists July 6-10 Throw on your lab coat and safety goggles! Campers will transform into mad scientists. On Thursday we will take the bus to visit the Spark Museum! Week 3: I Wanna Be Famous July 20-24 Join us for a week of fame! We will play fun improv games, and we will also cast, costume, and stage our own production. Cirque Cadia will also join us Monday-Thursday to juggle and learn to use flow toys. All skills and comfort levels are welcome in this warm, inclusive, and non-pressure environment. On Friday we will perform at the Cordata stage in lieu of swimming this week. Week 4: Summerween August 3-7 Wear a costume, it's Summerween at Cordata this week! We'll tell spooky stories, make creepy crafts and carve watermelon jack-o-lanterns! DAYS/DATES: Monday-Friday / 4 separate intermittent weeks between June 22-August 7 TIME: 8:00 am–5:30 pm AGES: 7-12 years old LOCATION: Cordata Park Pavilion COST: $335 per week COORDINATOR: Rosa Caldwell MIN: 10 / MAX: 18 per week The City conforms to Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Terrain conditions vary based on program locations. Refer to the icons, opposite. Conditions include snow and/or ice. Mostly flat, simple maneuverability. Some uneven surfaces, may need assistance. Uneven/steep terrain, not easily accessible. Includes water activity, uneven entry points. This program is eligible for a reduced fee waiver/scholarship.
