Verify your account. Check for an email from ActiveNet. Click the link in the email to verify your account. 5. Register for programs. You're all set! How to Sign Up for a Bellingham Parks & Recreation Activity The City conforms to Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Individuals with disabilities or financial hardships who wish to participate in City programs, services or activities and need an accommodation should call us at: (360) 778–7000. Terrain conditions vary based on program locations. Refer to these icons: Conditions include snow and/or ice. Mostly flat, simple maneuverability. Some uneven surfaces, may need assistance. Uneven/steep terrain, not easily accessible. Includes water activity, uneven entry points. This program is eligible for a reduced fee waiver/scholarship.
