COST: $10 per device COORDINATOR: Rosa Caldwell / Kolby LaBree MIN: 5 / MAX: 50 Last Fall we launched "Branch Out Bellingham" a new program highlighting our rich and diverse community of arts and enrichment partners. These individuals and organizations are what make our community extra special! Participation has been fantastic. Bellingham Parks and Recreation continues to organize a variety of programs each season showcasing their many talents. We hope you continue to enjoy experiencing some of Bellingham's finest entertainers and organizations! Travelogue Series We hope to return to "traveling" this October with our popular Travelogue Series every third Thursday of the month. Co-sponsored by Whatcom Museum, this arm- chair journey takes us to a variety of spectacular and interesting places as local travelers share images and stories from their adventures. Buried Belling-history: A Virtual Tour of Bayview Cemetery Kolby LaBree of the Good Time Girls Bellinghistory Tours will lead you on a virtual tour featuring some of the fascinating history of Bayview Cemetery including filmed footage and historical photographs. Founded in 1887 when the town of Whatcom purchased a 10-acre plot along the road to Lake Whatcom, Bayview Cemetery is the only remaining cemetery in Bellingham. You will learn how it has grown and discover some of the history of its most interesting monuments. Question and answer session included!
