Our new BellingCamp will be split up in to two different age groups, our Acorns (6-9 years) and Oaks (10-13 years) will explore the same theme each week at Bloedel Donovan. Our Acorn and Oak BellinghamCampsters will play together or experience theme-based learning ac vi es separately while being led by our crea ve and enthusias c camp counselors. BellingCampsters will stretch their imagina ons, play silly games, learn new skills, build friendships, and make las ng memories! It Is recommended that younger campers be comfortable in a posi ve and some mes compe ve environment shared with older campers. DAYS: Monday–Friday TIME: 8 a.m.–5:30 p.m. **For every minute past 5:30 p.m., late charges will be $1 a minute. LOCATION: Bloedel Donovan Park COST: $170 ($136 for Anima on Camp) COORDINATOR: Rosa Caldwell MIN: 10 MAX: 15 _____________________________________ ACORNS AGES: 6–9 years _____________________________________ OAKS AGES: 10–13 years SURVIVOR CAMP BellingCampsters will be part of a group that has to work together to achieve common goals for capture the flag, obstacle courses, food ea ng compe ons, water balloon fights, cra s, ini a ve games, team building skills, swimming, posi ve coopera on and a whole lot more! Campers will stay ac ve, busy, thinking, laughing, and making new friends the first week of BellingCamp! DAYS/DATES: Monday–Friday, June 24–28 TIME: 8 a.m.–5:30 p.m. LOCATION: Bloedel Donovan ANIMATION CAMP Anima on Camp is for crea ve campers who love art and want to learn anima on techniques and play games! Learn the principles of anima on, thermatropes, zoetropes, create flip books, and dabble in clayma on. Campers will work together to make their own stop mo on anima ons! Please note that this is a four-day camp due to the 4th of July holiday. DAYS/DATES: Monday–Wednesday, Friday, July 1–3, 5 TIME: 8 a.m.–5:30 p.m. LOCATION: Bloedel Donovan STEAM CAMP Join us for STEAM Camp where Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math mix and mingle in games, experiments, and crea ve cra ing. Time to put on your lab coats and spend the week exploring and conduc ng hands-on experiments, archeological digs, robo cs, and mathema c art. We will even test our real-life Minecra construc on skills with mining, designing, and building challenges! DAYS/DATES: Monday–Friday, July 8–12 TIME: 8 a.m.–5:30 p.m. LOCATION: Bloedel Donovan THEATRE & IMPROV COMEDY CAMP Join us for a week of improv and theatre! Bellingham's own Upfront Theatre troupe will be visi ng our older Oaks while Sylvia Center for the Arts performers will visit our younger Acorns for fun theatrical exercises. We will also cast, costume, and stage our own produc on. All skills and comfort levels are welcome to this warm, inclusive, and non-pressure environment. DAYS/DATES: Monday–Friday, July 15–19 TIME: 8 a.m.–5:30 p.m. LOCATION: Bloedel Donovan
