Get in your track, x-fit or similar workout in the depth of the Pacific Northwest's darkest months. DAYS/DATES: Wednesdays, November 7– December 19 TIME: 6–8 pm LOCATION: Civic Stadium COST: Free COORDINATOR: Lance Romo PADDEN POLAR DIP At high noon we'll line up for a quick dip in chilly Lake Padden. It's cold...a lot cold – you probably don't want to know the actual temperature. What's important is that you bring a towel, a camera and shoes that can get wet. Do not, under any circumstances, forget shoes that can get wet. Also, some sort of clothing. Think rated G and think dip – not swim. DAYS/DATES: Tuesday, January 1, 2019 AGES: All ages (10 and younger consult physician) TIME: High Noon LOCATION: Lake Padden West Entrance COST: Free COORDINATOR: Lance Romo RESOLUTION WALK - RUN Start the New Year off right with a brisk jog or walk around beau ful Lake Padden. It's free and it starts at 11am sharp. We won't be formally ming the event, but we'll have a clock up for those curious to check me or race buddies. DAYS/DATES: Tuesday, January 1, 2019 AGES: All ages TIME: 11 am LOCATION: Lake Padden – West entrance COST: Absolutely free COORDINATOR: Lance Romo PADDEN TRIATHLON We host sprint and super-sprint triathlons that have been a staple of the PNW triathlon schedule since before the existence of Ironman, Olympic distance or even use of the metric system.
