Can you guess this location? One of Bellingham’s most popular parks is going to see some new improvements next year. Through generous donations from the community, this project will include bringing back swim docks and lifeguards to this well-loved lakeside park. Originally planned for this spring, the project will be slightly delayed due to current stay-at-home orders. Permits and other work will continue in preparation for construction next year.
