Wrestling teaches fundamentals that carry over to many other sports. All Tsunami wrestlers receive a camp t-shirt and free admission in to a SHS wrestling match on Dec. 14. Camp director is Kip Jones, staff coach at Sehome HS. ACTIVITY# 6769 AGES: 5-11 year olds DAYS/DATES: Mondays, Nov. 21, 28 Dec. 5, & 12 TIME: 6–7pm LOCATION: Sehome High School Mat Room COST: $35 RAIDER HOLIDAY BASKETBALL CAMP Join Raider head coaches Brad McKay and Mark Wright in this Raider Holiday Basketball Camp. The Raider Holiday Camp is a great chance for boys and girls, grades 3–8, to work on their skills over the holiday break. The 3-hour session will focus on skill development through the use of proper fundamentals and game situations. Individual instruction will include passing, shooting, ball handling, post play, defense, and rebounding. ACTIVITY# 6764 AGES: Boys and girls, 3rd–8th grades DAYS/DATES: Monday & Tuesday, December 19 & 20 TIME: 9am–12 noon LOCATION: Bellingham High School gym COST: $50 incudes T-shirt COORDINATOR: Brad McKay / Mark Wright TAI CHI Designed for the beginner to intermediate student with an emphasis on overall physical conditioning. The Yang Long form is universal and the goal is for the beginner to have a good grasp of the first third of the Long Form. Intermediate students will have the option to participate in aerobic exercises and some challenging Chi Kung. Classes taught by instructor William Friedson. Play on the skills course and join group rides through some of Bellingham's many trails.
