Parking and Courtyard Space Monday through Friday during day me hours, organizers and event a endees must adhere to area parking regula ons. From 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, parking within the courtyard is by permit only. From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, payment is required for meters and off-street parking, and me limits apply. At other mes, all public parking is first-come, first-served. The exterior covered shelter space and paved areas may only be included in your rental to provide event-related ac vity space, such as for addi onal vendor booths, display space, stage areas, gathering space, etc. These areas may not be reserved to provide event parking and the user may not block or reserve any addi onal parking spaces within the facility or within the public right-of-way for their use. Ongoing Scheduling Requests: The facility can be reserved for regularly scheduled monthly reserva ons Monday through Thursday. One applica on can be used to reserve the space for a period of up to twelve months in advance in accordance with the following: Each mee ng must be held on the same pre-established day of the week and me of day. Facility damage deposit must be paid at the me of reserva on and will be refunded a er the last monthly mee ng date as stated on the applica on. If at any me the facility is not returned neat, clean and undamaged a er the mee ng, any fees assessed for cleaning and repair will become immediately due and payable upon receipt of invoice so that the funds on deposit remain whole. Failure to maintain adequate deposit funds may result in cancella on of all future mee ngs. All other policies apply. Rental fees must be remi ed to the City not less than 20 business days prior to the first mee ng date. 7
