_______ Remove all trash from the site and deposit it in the proper receptacles in the alley. _______ Make sure all trash containers are on site. Clean all receptacles and dollies, food recycling bins and lids. There are six (6) of each. _______ Remove all personal food items/equipment from kitchen. Clear drains and basins. Clean refrigerator, microwave, sinks, counter tops and floors. _______ Remove all personal items from restrooms. Clean sink areas, changing sta ons and floors. _______ Remove personal CDs from the sound system and place wireless microphones, stands, etc. in the kitchen. _______ Remove all decora ons and/or signs, including confirming that all balloons, weights, tacky gum, tape, wire, string, bricks, posts, etc. have been removed. _______ Clean up any food or drink spills and clean stains from floors. _______ Pick up any trash in "rain garden" area. _______ Check physical facili es for damage, including door mechanisms, painted surfaces, shed overhangs, water faucets, bathroom facili es, dispensers, etc. Report any damage or defects to event coordinator. This list is intended to act as a user guide and is not intended to be comprehensive. Addi onal cleanup may be required dependent upon your event. Your deposit refund is dependent upon returning the facility to its original condi on within the rental meframe. If you have specific ques ons concerning acceptable condi on pertaining to your use, contact Parks Department staff prior to the event or speak with our on-site coordinator the day of your event. PLEASE NOTE: Time for set up, tear down and cleaning is included in the rental block. All cleanup and removal of equipment/materials at the close of the event is your responsibility.
