Sound/Music System The building is equipped with a Pioneer 12-disc CD player (PD-DM802). The player does not support CDR formats but has an input for digital music players. A wireless microphone is available and the building has overhead speakers inside. There are no speakers outside of the building or under the sheds. Internet service is not available. Ligh ng/Power Zone ligh ng within the building can be adjusted to meet your needs. However, the lights do not have "dimmer" controls. There is an electrical outlet on each of the posts inside the building and under the sheds. The Courtyard is also fully lit to support evening events. The building and each shed is equipped with a maximum 30 amp electrical service. Should you exceed this maximum, you may lose power and require an addi onal call-out and associated fee. Heat For winter or evening events, the building is equipped with radiant heaters that you control from inside the main building. They've been pre y effec ve for average Northwest weather as long as the doors are closed. If the weather is especially cold, your par cipants may need jackets or sweaters. Exit Aisle All users must maintain a six foot (6') egress aisle along the perimeter of the room, from the double doors nearest the restrooms, across the back wall, and along the Maple Street end of the building to the double doors beneath the tower. This aisle is marked on the floor for your convenience. Occupancy Limits The maximum occupancy load is 299 persons when the exterior overhead doors are closed. There is no maximum if the doors are open. 13
