Alcohol Service If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, you must acquire an applicable permit from the State Liquor Control Board (WSLCB) and provide a copy to the City. Your Cer ficate of Insurance must also specify liquor liability. Opening or consuming any alcoholic beverages is prohibited in and around the facility unless the City has provided its explicit wri en consent and the user has obtained appropriate licensing from the State of Washington. The permit for alcohol service must be prominently posted during the use period. The WSLCB offers the following permits for alcohol service: Special Occasion License: Allows a bona fide nonprofit organiza on to sell liquor at a specified date, me and place. Examples include fundraising dinners, gala events, auc ons, wine tas ngs, etc. Banquet Permit: Allows the service and consump on of liquor at a private, invita on-only banquet or gathering held in a public place or business. Banquet permits are used for weddings; company banquets; re rement par es; club, organiza on and church events; etc. Raffle Permit: Allows a bona fide nonprofit organiza on to raffle liquor to its members at a specified date and place. Garbage and Li er Please help us keep this facility clean. Trash, recycling and food waste cans and liners are provided for your use during your event. At event close, these must be emp ed into the alley dumpsters. Make sure your par cipants deposit li er in proper receptacles so it won't be carried off by the wind and deposited in surrounding areas. Pay par cular a en on to the kitchen area so food items are not le to spoil in trash cans or sink drains. 12
