SUP YOGA Fall in love with yoga on a Stand Up Paddleboard in our beautiful, floating nature's classroom! Experience the challenge of balancing on the moving water and strengthen your core and leg muscles. After learning the basics of Stand Up Paddling, you will experience a dynamic and invigorating yoga class, using many basic yoga poses, you will be amazed at the benefit of doing them while balancing on the board. And the fun!! The ability to deepen your yoga practice is increased and some find poses are actually easier to achieve while on the water. Classes are taught by Certified Stand Up Paddle yoga instructors and paddle and yoga-specific paddle board are provided. Wear comfortable (non-cotton) yoga or swim clothes, layer appropriately for weather. Prepare for challenge, laughter and fun! No paddleboarding experience necessary, must have basic yoga experience.
