FALL PLAYBOOK 2026 | BELLINGHAM PARKS & RECREATION Aquatics 48 Class Offerings Parent Child (PC): Parents are in the water with their 6 months to 36 months old child. Preschool (PS): Swim lessons for children ages 3 to 5 years old. Youth (YL): Swim lessons for children ages 6 to 12 years old. Teen/Adult: More specialized lessons for individuals 13 years or older. Refund/Transfer: To be eligible (minus $5 admin. fee) participants must notify the Aquatic Center 3 days prior to the beginning of the program. Programs will not be prorated for partial participation. Swim Levels Students must have passed the previous level within the last 6 months at Arne Hanna or completed a Placement Test to enroll in any level higher than Preschool 1 or Youth 1. Drop-in Placement Tests are Free. Available during any lap swim. Least Busy Times: Weekends: 2:30pm-2:45pm or 4:15pm-4:30pm Weekdays: 12:30pm-1:30pm; 7:15pm-9:00pm Returning Families: Don't create a new account – prerequisites won't transfer. FALL SWIM LESSONS Session 1 Weekday Lessons 25-minute lessons between 11:00am–12:30pm & 5:15pm–7:15pm Registration begins 8/22 Mon/Wed: 8/31 to 9/16/26 • No lesson 9/7 • $50 for 5 lessons Tue/Thurs: 9/1 to 9/17/2026 • $60 for 6 lessons Session 2 Weekday Lessons 25-minute lessons between 11:00am–12:30pm & 5:15pm–7:15pm Registration begins 9/19 Mon/Wed: 9/28 to 10/28/26 • $100 for 10 lessons Tue/Thurs: 9/29 to 10/29/26 • $100 for 10 lessons Weekend Lessons 25-minute lessons between 1:00pm–2:30pm Registration begins 9/19 Sat: 9/26 to 10/17/26 • $40 for 4 lessons Sun: 9/27 to 10/18/26 • $40 for 4 lessons Session 3 Weekday Lessons 25-minute lessons between 11:00am–12:30pm & 5:15pm–7:15pm Registration begins 10/31 Mon/Wed: 11/9 to 12/9/26 • No lesson 11/11, 11/23, 11/25 • $70 for 7 lessons Tue/Thurs: 11/10 to 12/10/26 • No lesson 11/24, 11/26 • $80 for 8 lessons Weekend Lessons 25-minute lessons between 1:00pm–2:30pm Registration begins 10/19 Sat: 10/24 to 11/21/26 • No lesson 11/7 • $40 for 4 lessons Sun: 10/25 to 11/22/26 • No lesson 11/8 • $40 for 4 lessons Registration opens at 10:00am on specified date(s).
