Adapted Aquatics
Our adapted aquatics program is
for individuals, 3 years and older,
with special needs. Participants get
in the water and work one-on-one
with a volunteer to increase swim
skills, flexibility, exercise and
have fun!

ARNE HANNA AQUATIC CENTER
Training Courses
Lifeguard Training Course
Learn how to effectively prevent and respond to
water emergencies. The certification includes
First Aid, CPR, AED, Administering Emergency
Oxygen, and Bloodborne Pathogens training.
Training is valid for two years and is accepted
nationwide.
Prerequisites: 15 years or older and complete a
swimming pretest at Arne Hanna.
Cost: $250
Dates: Sundays, Oct. 19, 26, Nov. 2
Time: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm

Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED
The course prepares students to identify and
respond to various first aid breathing and cardiac
emergencies in adults, children, and infants. Upon
successful completion, participants will receive a
valid digital certificate for Adult and Pediatric
First Aid/CPR/AED, valid for two years.
Prerequisites: 15 years or older
Cost: $125
Dates: Saturday, November 1
Time: 9:00am – 1:00pm
