General Information SPRING/SUMMER PLAYBOOK 2024 | BELLINGHAM PARKS & RECREATION 6 How to Sign Up for a Bellingham Parks and Recreation Activity You will need an ActiveNet account to register for programs with the City of Bellingham. Scan this QR code or visit cob.org/ezreg to get started. 1. Enter your email address. This email address will be what you use to login to ActiveNet. 2. Fill out the form. Then, click, "Next". 3. Fill out the personal information form. Then, click, "Next". 4. Verify your account. Check for an email from ActiveNet. Click the link in the email to verify your account. 5. Register for programs. You're all set! Now you can register for programs on our ActiveNet site. Questions? Give us a call Monday-Friday, 8:30 am–4:00 pm at (360) 778-7000.
