Facility Rental Info cob.org/parks • (360) 778-7000 41 41 FACILITY RENTALS Parks & Recreation offers several locations throughout the City for you to host celebrations, work meetings, or various athletic events! • Athletic Fields and facilities available to rent include softball fields, Civic Stadium, and tournament space for sand volleyball, basketball, pickleball, tennis and horseshoe. • Outdoor facilities include picnic shelters, trails, and open spaces. • Indoor Pavilions and other special use facilities are available for a variety of gatherings. Shelters and pavilions can generally be reserved online by following the "Reserve Now" button from our website. Depending on your event (e.g. open to the public, runs and races, request to use trails or other event space), as well as special use facilities (Depot Market Square), it may require a separately executed contract. Requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance, 60 days in recommended. Hundred Acre Wood Outdoor Classroom It's official! The Hundred Acre Wood Outdoor Classroom was officially opened in February. This space includes a covered amphitheater stage, as well as wooden benches that accommodate 24 people. The classroom is located along the path to the Hundred Acre Wood from Fairhaven Park. The space is available to rent. Please complete a Parks Special Event Application. Cordata Park Pavilion With its recent completion, the brand new pavilion is coming online for reservations! The roughly 1,100 square foot space includes a kitchen with a stove, microwave and refrigerator, as well as both round and rectangular tables to set up for up to 78 people. We expect this facility to be a popular space, please make your reservation as early as possible. Sport Courts Now Available for Tournament Reservations Various sport courts and special use areas may be reserved for volleyball, basketball, pickleball, tennis and horseshoe tournaments.
