Family/Community SPRING/SUMMER PLAYBOOK 2024 | BELLINGHAM PARKS & RECREATION 22 ELIZABETH PARK CONCERT SERIES Join us for the 30th Season of the Elizabeth Park Summer Concert series!! These family-friendly concerts are free and sponsored by The Eldridge Society for History and Preservation, in partnership with Bellingham Parks & Recreation. Vendors will be on site and bring an assortment of deliciousness for dinner and dessert for your enjoyment. Picnickers are encouraged to recycle and compost to be good park stewards. June 20: North Sound Soul , Horn-Driven Soul, Funk & Rock June 27: SpaceBand, Old-School Dance Covers & New Classics July 4: Mary Ellen Lykins and the CC Adams Band , Tasty Rock & Cookin' Blues July 11: Flattery, Sweet Celtic Melodies with Driving Rhythms July 18: Dana Lyons , Americana, Singer-Songwriter July 25: Sweet Goodbyes, Folk/Pop August 1: Brie Mueller Band , Top 40-Pop, Blues, Country, Rock August 8: MTM, Klezmer and World Music August 15: Unknowns , Jazz, Blues & Sultry Vocals August 22: bandZandt , The East County's Favorite Dance Band BOULEVARD PARK CONCERTS They're back! Stop by Boulevard Park for an evening of sensational sounds and sunsets on the 4th Friday of June, July and August. These free, family friendly concerts are brought to you by Bellingham Parks & Recreation and feature some of the best local musicians and bands in the Pacific Northwest. Friday evenings, 6:00-8:00 pm • Dogs must be leashed Alcohol, smoking and vaping not permitted in city parks June 28: GrooveBot High Energy Funk Experience featuring Powerful Vocals and Tight Rhythm Section July 26: County Rose Exceptional PNW musicians playing legendary Country and Americana music August 23: North Sound Soul Bellingham-based 9-piece band performing Horn Driven Soul, Funk and Rock Classics Thursdays, 6:00-8:00 pm; Alcohol, smoking and vaping NOT PERMITTED in city parks; Dogs must be leashed at all times.
