Youth/ Teen www.cob.org/parks • (360) 778-7000 5 Kids Ski & Ride Mt. Baker There's no school today for Bellingham Public Schools! Drop your kids off with us for a ride to Mt. Baker Ski Area and some fun on the slopes! Four packages to choose from each session: Transportation Only: Participant has their own Mt. Baker Season Pass AND their own ski/snowboard equipment — Cost: $54 Transportation + Lift Ticket (7–10 years old): Participant does NOT have a season pass, but DOES have their own equipment — Cost: $94 Transportation + Lift Ticket (11–12 years old): Participant does NOT have a season pass, but DOES have their own equipment — Cost: $114 Full Package: Participant will receive a lesson with Mt. Baker Ski Area Instructors, all day equipment rental, and beginner lift ticket — Cost: $150 Please note: If your child does not enroll in the recommended "Full Package" (includes lesson), they MUST be proficient in their skiing/snowboarding ability. Participants will be chaperoned on the mountain by Bellingham Parks & Recreation staff. However, staff is there to accompany, NOT to provide ski/snowboard instruction. You will make 2–3 treats, all allergen–friendly and adaptable for food preferences. DAY/DATE: Sunday, February 12 TIME: 10:00 am–12:00 pm AGES: 7–14 years LOCATION: Bloedel Donovan Park Pavilion COST: $30 per child COORDINATORS: Rosa Caldwell / Annalee Dunn MIN: 9 / MAX: 14 Photo by Soriah Marshall Clark Preschool Cooking Join Annalee Dunn of the Tiny Onion Cooking School to cook with your little one! Four different cooking sessions with different menus that provide gluten free, dairy free, and nut free options. DAY/DATES: Sunday, January 22, February 26, March 19, April 16 TIME: 10:00 am–12:00 pm AGES: 3–5 years old and accompanied by an adult LOCATION: Bloedel Donovan Park Pavilion COST: $40 for one child and one adult per date ($10 per additional sibling) COORDINATORS: Rosa Caldwell / Annalee Dunn MIN: 4 / MAX: 14 (7 pairs)
