Sports/Fitness SPRING/SUMMER PLAYBOOK 2022 | BELLINGHAM PARKS & RECREATION 22 DAY/DATES: Meets once/week on Thursdays Session 1: April 7, 14, 21, 28 5:00 – 6:30 pm Session 2: May 5, 12, 19, 26 5:30 – 7:00 pm Session 3: June 9, 16, 23, & 30 5:30 – 7:00 pm Session 4: July 7, 14, 21, 28 5:30 – 7:00 pm Session 5: Aug. 4, 11, 18 & 25 5:30 – 7:00 pm Session 6: Sept. 8, 15, 29, & Oct. 6 5:30 – 7:00 TIMES: 5:30-7:00 pm AGES: Adult (18+) LOCATION: Lake Padden Golf Course COST: $160 per participant COORDINATOR: Philip Kohnken MIN: 4 / MAX: 10 DAY/DATES: Meets once/week on Wednesdays Session 1: May 4, 11, 18, 25 Session 2: June 8, 15, 22, 29 Session 3: July 6, 13, 20, 27 Session 4: Aug. 3, 10, 17, 24 Session 5: Sept. 7, 14, 28, & Oct. 5 (no class Sept 21) TIMES: 5:30-7:00 pm AGES: Adult (18+) LOCATION: Lake Padden Golf Course COST: $160 per participant COORDINATOR: Philip Kohnken MIN: 4 / MAX: 10 Ladies Clinics Drop in each Thursday for a morning of instruction, fun and friendship. No registration necessary. DAY/DATES: Every Thursday, April-June, July 7, 14, August 4, 18 and September 1, 8, 15 and 29 TIMES: 9:30-10:30 am AGES: Adult (18+) LOCATION: Lake Padden Golf Course COST: $5 per participant, per week COORDINATOR: Philip Kohnken Get Golf Ready Level 2 *Experienced Golfers This program is designed to improve the skills and knowledge of a developing golfer to be better than a beginner. Please register for this class after completing Get Golf Ready #1 or if you are an intermediate level player. To register, visit: lakepaddengolf.com/lessons Week 1 - Orientation & Putting (advanced green reading and pendulum putting) Week 2 - Short Game (hinge and hold, specialty shots) Week 3 - Full Swing (body rotation, swing plane, etc.) Week 4 - Full Swing (improve distance) GOLFING PROGRAMS AT LAKE PADDEN Get Golf Ready Level 1 *New Golfers Get Golf Ready is designed to teach everything you'll need to golf in just a few lessons. PGA Professionals will lead you through classes that combine fun, fitness and friendship.
