Facility Rental Info WINTER PLAYBOOK 2022 | BELLINGHAM PARKS & RECREATION 24 Ryan Robie Ryan joined our team as a part time Parks Volunteer Program (PVP) employee in January 2021. We quickly realized he was a keeper! Throughout his first six months Ryan assisted with community work parties, special events, VolunTeens and much more. In July, Ryan became our lead Park Ambassador at Maritime Heritage Park. He has done a great job interacting daily with park patrons and coordinating programs and events at the park, Depot Market Square and Waypoint Park. Ryan is also now helping lead the PVP as the Interim Coordinator. Outside of work, Ryan stays even businer! He is an accomplished trail runner, self-professed foodie and avid volunteer with numerous community organizations. In fact, he was awarded the 2020 Washington State Governor's Volunteer Service Award!
