TAKE A KID MT. BIKING DAY
(TKMBD)
Hey Kids! Bring your bike, helmet and a parent to Take a Kid
Mountain Biking Day. Learn new skills and trail knowledge from
Whatcom County's most accomplished riders and coaches. Play on
the skills course and join group rides through some of Bellingham's
many trails. Please come prepared with a bike in safe working order.

GENTLE YOGA
This program is intended for individuals who have health issues such
as MS, arthri s or fibromyalgia. Yoga is a safe and gentle form of
exercise which develops strength and flexibility, balance and
coordina on. This class will focus on exercises that can be done from a
standing, lying, or si ng posi on. Ac vi es will also include breathing
and relaxa on techniques. If you are new to the class, please complete
a Yoga Informa on Sheet at registra on and return to our office prior
to the first class. Register no later than one week prior to first class.
