Three rules: no live animals, no motorized vehicles & no words wri en or spoken. The theme is fire, water, earth & air. The route begins in front of City Hall and ends at Mari me Heritage Park. PATRICK'S DAY PARADE Come watch the Bellingham St. Patrick's Day Parade beginning in the Habitat for Humanity parking lot and ending at Boundary Bay Brewery.
