PROCESSION
OF THE SPECIES
The 16th Annual Procession of the Species takes place on
May 4 at 4 p.m. It is a parade which celebrates our
community, crea vity and our connec on with nature.
Three rules: no live animals, no motorized vehicles & no
words wri en or spoken. The theme is fire, water, earth
& air. The route begins in front of City Hall and ends at
Mari me Heritage Park. This year's Grand Marshall is
Batacuda NW. Hosted by Start Here Community Arts and
Bellingham Parks and Recrea on. For more informa on

TIME: Parade staging from 3–4 p.m.;
Parade starts at 4 p.m.

PATRICK'S DAY PARADE
Come watch the Bellingham St. Patrick's Day
Parade beginning in the Habitat for Humanity
parking lot and ending at Boundary Bay Brewery.
Fes vi es and live music in the Tap Room,
Mountain Room and Beer Garden. $500 cash prize
for best unit/float. More informa on at
