The Bellingham Parks Volunteer Program just completed our first drop-in Saturday Work Party of the season this past weekend at the Whatcom Creek Trail by City Hall. In partnership with the Bellingham Kiwanis, 13 volunteers helped pickup garbage, weed, and mulch all along the creek and bridges.
